CleverlyBox Lead Finder is wired into the Flaxxa lead database via the platform's SearchLeadsController. Flaxxa aggregates publicly-available business email data and exposes it through a search API. CleverlyBox handles the search, the verification pass, and the push-to-list — Flaxxa is just the lead source under the hood.

Lookup accuracy is a function of how public a company's email pattern is. For mid-to-large SaaS, ecommerce, and B2B brands, expect 60–85% verified-rate per search (i.e. of the emails returned, 60–85% will pass through Flaxxa Mail Cleaner / ZeroBounce / etc as Verified). For very small private companies, expect lower yield. The verification pass means even a 60% yield is usable — you only push the verified ones.

Lead Finder is included in the Starter, Pro, and Agency plans. The platform admin connects a Flaxxa key once. Verification is also included via the 14 supported providers — you bring your own ZeroBounce / Emailable / Kickbox key, or use Flaxxa Mail Cleaner. The only ongoing cost is your verification provider's per-email fee (typically $0.0005–$0.001 per verification).

Yes. Upload a CSV of target domains, narrow by role and seniority, and let Lead Finder process the batch. Verified leads land in your selected destination (list, automation, or campaign queue). For agency users running prospecting across 100+ client targets, this is the workflow that turns a half-day project into a 10-minute pass.

CAN-SPAM permits unsolicited commercial email to business addresses with an unsubscribe link and a real sender identity — CleverlyBox includes both by default. GDPR and CASL have stricter requirements; for those jurisdictions, treat Lead Finder leads as needing legitimate-interest justification or explicit consent capture before sending. The platform's footer + unsubscribe handling is region-aware. Consult your jurisdiction's rules — the tool gives you the substrate, you bring the consent strategy.

By default, only Verified leads are eligible for one-click push. Catch-all and Risky leads are flagged in the result table — you can choose to include them on push if you accept the higher bounce risk (e.g. for low-volume, high-value targets where a manual second-pass verification is worth the effort). Invalid leads are filtered out entirely and never enter your list.
