No. You pay the verification provider directly with your own API key. CleverlyBox is a thin integration layer — zero per-verification markup. The lifetime $49 license covers the integration; the credit purchases happen on ZeroBounce's (or whichever provider's) side.

By default they go into a "quarantine" segment — not sent to, not deleted. You decide: re-verify with a second provider, send to them anyway with a warmed-up sub-account, or drop them after a set window. The Operate node in automations can auto-route subscribers based on verification verdict.

Yes — that's the consensus pattern. Run a list through ZeroBounce first. Take the "risky" results, run those through Emailable. Anything both providers agree is bad → drop. Anything they disagree on → quarantine. Anything both call deliverable → send. Build it as a 4-step workflow with two Verify nodes back-to-back.

Most providers do an SMTP handshake — they connect to the receiving mail server and start the conversation, but stop before actually sending the message. The receiving server's response (250 OK vs 550 No such user) reveals validity. This is why some "deliverable" verdicts can still bounce — strict ISPs accept the handshake but reject after content scanning.

A catch-all domain accepts every email at that domain regardless of whether the mailbox exists — common at large enterprises. Verification can't tell whether jane.doe@acme.com is a real Jane Doe or a typo. Treat catch-all addresses with caution: send only after warming up your sender reputation, watch the bounce rate carefully, and segment them out of volume sends until proven safe.
