EMAIL VERIFICATION

Clean the list before the send, not after the damage.

Sixteen verification providers, built in. Per-list and per-subscriber jobs. Credits in the plan. And verification status is a segment operator — so risky addresses never enter the broadcast in the first place.

WHY IT MATTERS

Bounces are not a delivery problem. They're a reputation problem.

A hard bounce is not a message that failed. It is a signal to the mailbox provider that you don't know who is on your list — and providers price that in. Enough of them, and the mail that would have landed starts going to spam instead.

Which is why the fix has to happen before the send. Not in a monthly cleanup. Not in a separate tool you keep meaning to log into.

In CleverlyBox, verification is not an integration. It's the same subscriber record, the same session, the same bill.

16 PROVIDERS

Sixteen verifiers. Named, not implied.

Bring the provider you already trust, or use ours. Every one of these is built into the platform.

JOBS

Three ways to verify. Pick the one the situation calls for.

01 / PER LIST

Verification job

Run a job across a whole list. Start it, stop it mid-flight, watch progress, reset it and run it again. Built for the list you just imported and don't yet trust.

02 / PER SUBSCRIBER

One address, now

Verify a single subscriber from their record. For the moment you're staring at one suspicious address and want an answer rather than a theory.

03 / BULK

Bulk verify

Verify in bulk when you're cleaning up at scale — the same status lands on the record either way, so downstream segments don't care which route you took.

The verification job writes the status. The segment builder reads it. One record, no export.

THE JOIN

Verification status is a segment operator.

This is the part standalone verification tools cannot do. When the verifier lives outside your ESP, you get a CSV back and then you have to do something with it — re-import, tag, reconcile, hope.

Here the job writes a status onto the subscriber, and segmentation exposes that status as an operator with equals and not equals. Build the segment once — "verification status not equals risky" — and every campaign that uses it is protected by default.

Cleaning stops being a chore you remember to do. It becomes a condition on the send.

CREDITS

Credits are in the plan. Not in another invoice.

Verification credits are included with your plan — the Free plan starts with 100. Need more than the plan carries? Buy a top-up credit pack. That's the entire pricing model.

QUESTIONS

Verification, answered.

Which verification providers are supported?

Sixteen: ZeroBounce, Reoon, Emailable, EmailListVerify, EmailListValidation, MyEmailVerifier, Bouncify, NeverBounce, VerifiedEmails, Kickbox, Verify-Email.org, DeBounce, EmailChecker, CloudVision, Cloudmersive and Bounceless.

Do I have to pay a separate verification vendor?

No. Verification credits are included in your plan — the Free plan comes with 100 — and you can buy top-up credit packs when you need more. On higher tiers you also have the option of connecting your own verification provider account.

Can I verify a list without verifying everything I own?

Yes. Verification jobs are per list. You can start, stop, monitor progress on, and reset a job on a single list — plus verify a single subscriber from their record, or verify in bulk.

What happens to the result?

It's written to the subscriber as a verification status, and that status is exposed as a segment operator (equals / not equals). So you can build a segment that excludes risky addresses and use it as the recipients of a campaign or the target of an automation.

What if I need to stop a job halfway?

Stop it. List verification jobs support start, stop, progress and reset — you're never locked into watching a long job finish before you can do anything else.

Why does this matter more than it used to?

Because mailbox providers are stricter than they used to be. Bounces damage sender reputation, and damaged reputation costs you the inbox for everyone on the list — not just the bad addresses. Cleaning before the send is the cheapest insurance in email.

Send to people who exist.

Sixteen verifiers, credits in the plan, and a segment that keeps the risky ones out.
