EMAIL CAMPAIGNS

Write it, split-test it, send it, then read what actually happened.

Three campaign types. A five-step wizard that never lets you send to the wrong list. Five subject variants with an automatic winner. And a report you can hand to a client without giving them a login.

THE WIZARD

Five steps, in the order that stops mistakes.

Most send accidents are ordering accidents — the wrong list, the wrong from-address, a template nobody previewed. The campaign wizard forces the sequence.

You pick recipients before you write a word, because who you are talking to changes what you say. You confirm the sending identity before you choose a template. And nothing sends until the confirm step, which shows you every decision on one screen.

BUILDING THE EMAIL

Three ways in, and none of them fight you.

Designers want HTML. Marketers want blocks. Founders want to write six sentences and go to bed. All three are first-class.

01 / BUILDER

Drag and drop

The BuilderJS editor. Blocks, columns, images, buttons. Start from the template gallery or from nothing at all.

02 / CODE

Paste your own HTML

If your agency already built it, paste it in. We do not rewrite your markup or force it back through a block editor.

03 / PLAIN

Plain-text campaigns

A whole campaign type with no HTML at all. It looks like an email a person wrote, because it is.

04 / CONTEXT

Preheader text

The line the inbox shows next to your subject. Set it explicitly instead of letting Gmail scrape your first sentence.

05 / FILES

Attachments

Attach a PDF, an invoice, a menu. Straight on the campaign — no hosting it somewhere else and linking out.

06 / LIBRARY

Reusable templates

Save any build to the template library and reuse it across campaigns and automation send nodes. See templates →

Test sends are rate-limited on purpose. It stops a stuck finger from burning your sending reputation on your own inbox.

BEFORE YOU SEND

Preview as an actual subscriber — not as a placeholder.

"Hi {first_name}" is not a preview. It tells you nothing about the contact whose first name field is empty.

Preview-as-subscriber renders the campaign against a real contact from your list, with their merge tags and custom fields resolved. You see what they will see. Download the rendered version if you need to show someone who is not in the account.

Then send yourself a test. Then, and only then, hit confirm.

A/B TESTING

Five subject lines. One winner. No babysitting.

A/B is a campaign type, not a bolt-on. Set it up in the same wizard and walk away.

Write up to five subject variants. Set the split percentages. Choose how contacts are allocated — exact for precise counts, hash for a deterministic spread. Then pick what "winning" means: open rate, click rate, or your own judgement.

When the test window closes, the campaign moves itself into sending_winner and delivers the winning subject to everyone left. The A/B report keeps the variants side by side afterwards, so the next campaign starts from evidence.

CONTROL

A campaign in flight is still yours.

Every send has a status you can see and, in most cases, act on. Nothing is a one-way door once you have clicked go.

Per-campaign webhooks fire on open and on click, so your CRM or your own database hears about engagement as it happens — not when someone remembers to export a CSV.

REPORTING

The report is the product. The send was just the setup.

Delivered, opens, clicks, bounces, complaints — and then the part that actually changes what you do next.

01 / HEADLINE

The numbers, without spin

Delivered, unique opens, open rate, click rate, bounces, unsubscribes, complaints. A 24-hour chart showing when engagement actually landed.

02 / DETAIL

Top links, top countries

Which link earned the click, and where the reader was. Open and click maps built from GeoIP, not guesswork.

03 / RECIPIENT

Per-recipient logs

Who opened, who clicked, who bounced, who complained — down to the individual contact. Export the whole thing to CSV.

04 / SHARING

A public report URL

One link, no login required. Send it to a client or a colleague. They see the report; they never see your account.

Analytics run on every campaign type, including A/B — which gets its own report comparing the variants against each other.

QUESTIONS

Straight answers

Can I stop a campaign once it has started sending?

Yes. Pause it and the send stops where it is; resume and it picks up from that point. You can also archive, copy, resend or delete a campaign. Nothing about a send is irreversible except the emails that have already left.

How many subject lines can I A/B test?

Up to five variants on a single campaign. You set the split percentages, the split strategy (exact allocation or a hash-based spread), and the winner criteria — open rate, click rate, or manual selection. If you choose an automatic criterion, the campaign moves itself into the sending-winner phase and delivers the winning subject to the rest of the list without you touching it.

Can I use my own HTML instead of the drag-and-drop builder?

Yes. Paste custom HTML directly at the template step. You can also pick from the template gallery, pull from your saved template library, or build from scratch in the BuilderJS editor. Plain-text is a separate campaign type entirely, if you would rather send an email that looks like a person wrote it.

What does "preview as subscriber" actually render?

Your campaign against a real contact from your list, with their merge tags and custom fields resolved — so you see the email as that person will receive it, not as a template full of placeholders. The rendered preview is downloadable. Test sends are separately available and deliberately throttled to protect your sending reputation.

Can I share a report with a client who has no account?

Yes. Every campaign report has a shareable public URL that requires no login. They get delivered counts, opens, clicks, bounces, top links, top countries and the engagement chart. They do not get access to your account, your lists or anything else.

Can I attach files to a campaign?

Yes — attachments are supported directly on the campaign. You can also set preheader text explicitly, rather than letting the inbox scrape whatever your first line happens to be.

Send the campaign. Then find out what it did.

Free to start. No card. The reporting is the same on every plan.
