This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using CleverlyBox's email marketing and delivery services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. General Conduct
Users of CleverlyBox must:
- a) Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
- b) Respect the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- c) Use the service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose
- d) Maintain the security and confidentiality of their account credentials
2. Prohibited Content
Users are strictly forbidden from using CleverlyBox to create, transmit, or store any content that:
- a) Is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
- b) Infringes on intellectual property rights of any party
- c) Contains software viruses or any other malicious code
- d) Interferes with or disrupts the integrity of the CleverlyBox network
- e) Violates export control laws
- f) Promotes illegal activities or substances
- g) Is discriminatory based on race, gender, color, religious belief, sexual orientation, or any other protected status
3. Email Practices
Users must adhere to ethical email marketing practices, including:
- a) Only sending emails to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive communications
- b) Providing clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanisms in all emails
- c) Honoring unsubscribe requests promptly (within 10 business days)
- d) Not using false, misleading, or deceptive header information or subject lines
- e) Including a valid physical postal address in all emails
- f) Not engaging in any form of email address harvesting or list purchasing
4. System and Network Security
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the CleverlyBox system, including:
- a) Accessing data not intended for you
- b) Logging into a server or account you are not authorized to access
- c) Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system
- d) Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network
5. Resource Usage
Users must not:
- a) Use excessive amounts of system resources that may negatively impact other users
- b) Attempt to circumvent any limitations or quotas on the service
- c) Resell or redistribute CleverlyBox services without explicit written permission
- d) Accounts with high complaint rates above 0.5% will be barred from sending campaigns further and the account will be under review.
- e) Accounts with high bounce rates above 1% will also be barred from sending campaigns further and the account will be under review.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to [email protected]. Include relevant details and evidence of the violation.
7. Enforcement
CleverlyBox reserves the right to:
- a) Investigate potential violations of this AUP
- b) Remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resource that violates this AUP
- c) Suspend or terminate your access to the service without prior notice
- d) Take legal action against violators, if necessary
8. Modifications to the AUP
CleverlyBox may modify this AUP at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of CleverlyBox after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.

CleverlyBox is not responsible for any damages, liabilities, or expenses incurred as a result of your use of the service or your violation of this AUP.
